F13 Trefusis is a well furnished comfortable holiday home comprising of:

KITCHEN, DINING SPACE & LOUNGE

• Relaxing lounge area with seating for six and includes a Smart TV and nest of tables. 
• The fitted kitchen has an integrated electric oven, hob and extractor fan, a microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
• There's a dining table with seating available for up to six.
• Useful porch area with shoe bench and coat hooks.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM

• The chalet has three bedrooms - one double and two twins.
• The bathroom has a walk in thermostatic rainfall shower, wash hand basin with mirror over, WC, extractor fan and towel rail.

HEATING

• Panel electric heater in lounge area and portable electric heaters provided for cooler months.

OTHER FEATURES

• Your beds will be made with fresh white bed linen ready for your arrival.

• Person booking must be 21 years or older. No all female/all male group bookings allowed- If unsure please message us for further assistance.
• No smoking or vaping permitted in the chalet.
• Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate dogs/pets due to allergies.
